Save Our Democracy…MODI-SHAH DON’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH RAHUL! By Aravind Bhatikar

A Megalomaniac prime minister can destroy a democracy.
An arrogant prime minister can tear into pieces the federal fabric of the country.
A liar prime minister may endanger the security of the country.
A prime minister who is a religious fanatic can destroy the secular Constitution of our country.
An unscrupulous prime minister may defy the Rule of Law.
A prime minister who is a package of all the above dysfunctional traits can spell doom even for the most powerful country in the world.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are in a state of panic. The reason for the panic is the loss of the BJP’s Modi brand image and the increasing popularity of Rahul Gandhi among the masses. The public assertion by Modi that, “Jo dar gaya woh Modi nahin ho sakta” is a desperate attempt to hide Modi-Shah’s nervousness at the impending loss of power in 2024.
Rahul’s mass contact program has caught the imagination of the public and the independent social media. Modi’s attempts at copying Rahul by travelling in a metro and talking to people evoked pity for him without improving his image. Again, his “Modi guarantee” stunt was an imitation of the five Congress guarantees given in the last assembly elections in Karnataka and the guarantee cards that are being given to voters by the Congress in Madhya Pradesh in the run-up to 2024 assembly elections in that State.
The “Modi guarantee” against corruption was a joke since all those covered by the Modi guarantee ended up four days later as ministers in the BJP Cabinet in Maharashtra. The greatest shock for the Modi-Shah duo was when Shah, in a public meeting in Bihar, asked the crowd whom they would like to have as their prime minister, “Rahul or Modi?” News 24, an independent YouTube Channel, reported that 61% of the people in the crowd wanted Rahul and only about 20% Modi. That was the response of the crowd at a BJP’s public meeting. We should not be shocked if the panic-stricken Modi-Shah duo resorts to more desperate moves in the days to come.
