ARVIND KEJRIWAL ARREST!
THE United States of America government has requested India to adopt a fair, transparent and timely legal process, with respect to the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Earlier, the German government had protested to Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the manner in which Kejriwal was arrested.
The US Commission on International Religious Freedom also has been critical of the Citizenship Amendment Act. Though Arvind Kejriwal was arrested for alleged involvement in the infamous Delhi liquor excise scam, no money has been discovered either with Kejriwal or at his party offices. This is arresting Opposition leaders without any proof, say INDI Opposition leaders without timely provision of bail as legally required in routine jurisprudence. What is it if not dictatorship in the worst sense of the word?
