CLEAN UP HAWAII BEACH, DONA PAULA!

HOW dirty is Hawaii beach at Dona Paula, capital city Panaji? Very dirty, says Taleigao resident and AAP political activist Cecile Rodriguez. Beach clean-ups should be done once every week or everyday at Hawaii beach at Dona Paula for it is a much frequented and loved beach. Elected panch members of Taleigao village should take pride in a clean beach and take some action to keep it clean regularly. It’s sad that regularly Taleigao residents complain but their complaints fall on deaf ears. It is high time citizens’ complaints make an impact and the empowered authorities are forced to  clean up and put dustbins around the beach and the nearby parking lot. Where there is a will, there is a way but in this case there is no will perhaps! One may say ditto for many other things to do with capital city, not so smart.
