WHY are we, the people, who have given to ourselves sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic, republic and liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship, allowed Narendra Modi’s undeclared Emergency to continue even after the Bharatiya Janata Party was defeated and the NDA government has begun to rule India?
Why do the people of Bihar and Andhra allow their Chief Ministers Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu to support the anti-democratic, anti-constitution and dictatorial Modi-Shah duo to continue to rule India?
Why have the I.N.D.I.A. bloc not protested vociferously against the three draconian laws, viz Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) (the former Indian Penal Code), Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (the former criminal procedure code) and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) (the former Indian Evidence Act) passed in Lok Sabha in December 2023 without any discussion and after opposition MPs were suspended from Lok Sabha?
Why are Modi-Shah and Nirmala Sitharaman silent on the crippling inflation afflicting the country? Why are we, the people allowing the anti-people government of NDA to get away with a 100% increase in the tax on petrol, 500% increase in the tax on diesel, more than 100% increase in all prices over the last 10 years?
Why isn’t I.N.D.I.A. bloc organizing nation-wide protests against the sale of public sector units to a few selected corporates allowing the government to be run by crony-capitalists?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. strongly raising the issue of the reported Rs55 lakh crore tax waivers given in the last 10 years to big corporates in the country?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. continue to raise the issue in Lok Sabha of the write-off of about Rs 15 lakh crore of corporate loans during the last 10 years?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize protests all over India against the arrest warrant of Medha Patkar, arrest of Arvind Kejriwal and Hemant Soren without any evidence, registration of FIR against Arundathi Roy and Sheikh Shaukat Hussain?
Why do WE, THE PEOPLE allow Modi and Shah to continue the FIRs against 16 journalists under UAPA and continue to jail 7 journalists under UAPA?
Why don’t State governments ruled by political parties which are constituents of I.N.D.I.A. protest against the policies of Modi-Shah government which have caused a 45-year-high unemployment in the country?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize nationwide protests against the Election Commission of India for its unabashed partiality and failure to conduct free and fair elections?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize farmers’ protests all over India against Modi’s arrogance and obstinacy and his defiant refusal to implement the Swaminathan Committee Report?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize nationwide protests against the arrogance and insensitivity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for not visiting Manipur, allowing Manipur to be split on communal lines and allowing violence to claim lives of innocent citizens?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize protests against the Agnipath scheme in UP, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, reportedly the main recruitment grounds for the army?
Why doesn’t I.N.D.I.A. organize protests all over India against the abuse of government agencies by Modi-Shah duo and their misuse in illegally collecting funds for the BJP through Electoral Bonds?
Above all, why should the people of Bihar and Andhra Pradesh allow the undeclared Emergency of the Modi-Shah duo to continue with their support?
